MeSTI

  • MeSTI is a food safety programme undertaken by Malaysia Ministry of Health (MOH).
    MesTI是由马来西亚卫生部(MOH)展开的食品安全计划。

GMP

  • Recognition of GMP established to give formal recognition to the industry achieve GMP practice elements that satisfy the requirements of food safety and consumer requirements.
    GMP系统具备良好的生产设备,合理的生产过程,完善的质量管理和严格的检测系统,确保最终产品质量
    (包括食品安全卫生)符合法规要求。

HACCP

  • HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe, and designs measurements to reduce these risks to a safe level.
    HACCP确保食品在消费的生产、加工、制造、准备和食用等过程中的安全,在危害识别、评价和控制方面是一种科学、合理和系统的方法

ISO 22000

  • ISO 22000 is a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization dealing with food safety.Food safety is linked to the presence of food-borne hazards infood at the point of consumption. Since food safety hazards can occur at any stage in the food chain it is essential that adequate control be in place. Therefore,a combined effort of all parties through the food chain is required.
    ISO 22000标准可运用至食物链各种组织,从饲料生产者、初步生产者,遍及食品制造商、运输及储存业者和 分包商,到零售与食品服务的门市,连同有相互关系的组织,例如设备、包装材料、清洁剂、添加物与 内容物等生产商。
